PHASE I

Admission Procedures for UG & PG COURSES (SLCS/RLIMS)

A. The Prospectus along with the Application is available at the following Branches of Canara Bank & Dinamalar offices in Tamil Nadu.

B. The Prospectus along with the Application costs indian _rupee 150/- for SLCS & indian _rupee300/- for RLIMS. C. All the columns are mandatory (S.No. 01 to 13) in the Application Form, duly signed by the Student and the Parent / Guardian.

D. Application can be sent only through Courier / Speed Post / Registered Post to the college address or can be handed over in person at the College from 09.00a.m. to 04.00p.m. on all Working Days.

E. For Provisional Admission, indian _rupee10,000/- (Ten thousand only) for SLCS & indian _rupee20,000/-(Twenty thousand only) for RLIMS can be paid by any of the following modes:-

F. The Provisional Admission Amount paid already will be deducted from the FIRST YEAR FIRST SEMESTER FEE, to be paid at the time of Admission into the college.

G. If a student is not eligible for the final selection after paying the Provisional Admission Amount, the application processing fee will be deducted and the remaining will be refunded either to the student or to the parent concerned through Cheque only.

PHASE II

STEP 2 :  Fill up the application form with the above details.

PHASE III

SUBMISSION OF MARKS
After you get the result of your qualifying examination (+2/HSC / Degree examination, as applicable), fill in Annexure I to the On-Line Application Form.

The attested photocopy of the following documents is to be sent to the College for verification purpose:
(a) 10th mark sheet.
(b) +2/HSC mark sheet.
(c) Community Certificate (if applicable).
(d) Conduct Certificate.
(e) Transfer Certificate.
(f) Mark Sheet / Degree Certificate of qualifying examination (For PG Course only)
These above documents should have “Application number” filled at the top right corner.

On verification of eligibility criteria, you will be given a provisional selection for admission.
FINAL ADMISSION
Final admission is given after:

1. Payment of I Semester fee through (Last Date: 30th June’2016)

• NEFT facility as done earlier for remittance of application fee
or
• Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘ Subbalakshmi Lakshmipathy College   of Science’ payable at Madurai

2. Submission of original certificates to the college at the time of joining
